How I work: After our initial assessment, each hour-long session of hypnotherapy will include a discussion of your progress and a new hypnosis script designed especially for you at that time. For optimum benefit and change, you will need at least 3-4 regular weekly sessions, possibly more depending on the particular issue and your responses.
